Dr. Wassay Gulrez is a Professional Engineer having a doctorate in Civil Engineering with 20 years of professional experience in the Design, Construction, and providing Consultancy Services in the field of Civil Engineering. He is involved in providing Architectural, Structural, Project Management, and Engineering Consultancy Services to private, non-governmental, and governmental projects. He has completed and currently doing several projects of building infrastructure design and management, and assessment & inspection services in different Cities, Towns, and Municipalities in Ontario.
