Inspections
The Pre-Delivery Inspection is an important stage in your home buying process. At Pak Home Builder Homes, this usually takes place about 2 weeks prior to your closing date. During this inspection, your customer service representative will accompany you on a detailed, guided walk-through of your home to make sure it meets your expectations and provisions of the TARION Warranty Program. If any shortcomings are found, they will be duly noted and corrected as per the conditions of the Warranty.
Homeowners Manual
Upon closing, you will receive a Booklet as well as a digital file of the owner’s home manual, a comprehensive and easy-to-follow guide that will acquaint you with your new home. There will also be a video guide to follow along the way included in the package. This valuable tool will show you how to best maintain all of the individual elements and keep the home running in tip top shape, to provide you with a lifetime of enjoyment. You will also receive Tarion information pertaining to warranties and printable documents. The administrator team will be happy to assist you should you have any further questions about your new home and further questions.
Warranty
At Pak Home Builder, we're extremely proud and firm in the homes we build. Our company aims to deliver best quality of homes possible as our main goal. Pak Home Builder is an excellent rated builder under the Tarion Warranty Corporation. All homes are protected by the seven (7) year Tarion New Home Warranty Program. Pak Home Builder shall provide all warranties offered by its reputable component suppliers for roofing, hardware, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and mechanical systems, including other key elements, as applicable.

Building perfect homes is what we aim for always yet there are always some certain challenges that may occur. There is no way to ensure every single aspect of home will be flawless. Our Customer Care Department employs a full-time Site Administrator in every community whose responsibility it is to look after homeowner concerns in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
